The standard process consists of 8 appointments (1.5 hours each), arranged every 2-3 weeks. The first meeting usually serves as an introduction, when when the client and coach will decide which areas they will work on and set goals accordingly.
During the process we will work on improving self-observation, reflection and self-awareness. All of these activities will lead to a specific action plan after every meeting and, eventually, a change for the better. This work will be put into practice during the sessions as well as through ‘homework’ in between sessions, which requires full involvement by the coachee.
During the sessions we will use coaching and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques, as well as yoga body and breathing exercises in order to overcome limiting beliefs that may not let clients acomplish their goals.
Some sessions can specifically focus on working with the client’s body and emotions, using a variety of techniques taken from yoga, Bioenergetics, Gestalt, MAT (Metamodel of Analysis that Transforms) or Alba Emoting.
